flambé time..!!

ok so this is a late post...^^
this is normally done in fine dining restaurants ....that practices geuridon service.
owh and for people who does not know what is flambé, its a french word , it means To drench with a liquor, such as brandy, and ignite. normally it is done on a geuridon trolley .well i didn't take picture of the flames...no time.. was to occupied with other things, will try to post up the video of my lecturer when he was giving us a demo!!..STAY TUNE..!! .hope u all enjoyed the photos...^^...peace out...!....
